Description:

Looking for an experienced fine dining Head Chef to work in a Luxury Restaurant and Bar lounge located in Dubai – United Arab Emirates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Fusion Mediterranean cuisine and a taste of French touch.
• International experience in fine dining restaurants set-up (preferably luxury hotels) within the UAE.
• With excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-driven, creative and guest oriented
• Management skills, food-cost, personnel management and menu creation are a must.
• English is a must, Arabic and French are a plus.

Must be located in the UAE.
