Hiring Handover Executive Property Developer

We are currently seeking to recruit a Handover Executive on behalf of one of Dubai’s preeminent Property Developer.

Requirement:

• Handle customer complaints and queries, conduct research, and provide status updates.
• Prepare exception forms and collect evidence to support exceptions.
• Prepare daily handover lists and ensure apartments are clean for appointments.
• Explain community rules and move-in procedures, and update customers on service registration.
• Review customer documents, update visit sheets, and notify the manager of complaints.
• Minimum 1-year of customer care experience required.
• Must be presentable, proactive, and a quick learner.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English is a must, additional foreign language will be an advantage.
• Holds UAE – Driving license.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is necessary.
