In this pivotal role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective guests, current patrons, and various partners, delivering exceptional service with a blend of warmth and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with guests by promptly responding to incoming voice calls and text messages from guests, vendors, team members, and travel agents.
  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to ensure all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed swiftly and effectively, escalating issues as required.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of hotel and room features, amenities, and local attractions to deliver accurate and useful information to guests.
  • Ensure clear and comprehensive communication with the team and properties to facilitate the effective handling of guest requests.
  • Assist guests with a variety of service requests, directing them to the appropriate departments as necessary.
  • Record and relay guest messages and requests using the designated software/system.
  • Offer helpful directions to the hotel and share insights about hotel functions, facilities, and local events to enrich the guest experience.
  • Handle guest complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction before resolving the issue unless escalation is warranted.
  • Provide support for front desk services by answering related calls and ensuring all requests are managed effectively.

Required Skills

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to converse in additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or French being an asset.
  • Capability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • A collaborative team player who fosters a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications
