Description:
We are currently recruiting a Guest Service Agent.
The candidate must be in UAE. He/she must have a positive attitude and good communication skills. Knowledge of Opera system and previous hotel experience would be an advantage.
Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests. To be familiar and able to operate all office equipment such as computers, fax machines, photocopies, key-card system, telephones etc. To provide a willing, warm and timely response to all guests requests.
To provide a professional image through appearance, behavior and punctuality following the company policy of hygiene and grooming. To maintain a discreet and confidential attitude to all guests information. To apply guest contact skills, such as telephone manners, maintaining eye contact, using guests name etc. To maintain discrete and confidential attitude, with regards to rates, sales strategies and source of bookings. Committed to delivering true hospitality.
