Description:

We are currently recruiting a Male & Female Guest Service Agent.

The preferred candidate must be in UAE.

YOU’RE DAY TO DAY

• Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests.
• To be familiar and able to operate all office equipment such as computers, fax machines, photocopies, key-card system, telephones etc.
• To provide a willing, warm and timely response to all guest’s requests.
• To provide a professional image through appearance, behavior and punctuality following the company policy of hygiene and grooming.
• To maintain a discreet and confidential attitude to all guest’s information.
• To apply guest contact skills, such as telephone manners, maintaining eye contact, using guests name etc.
• To maintain discrete and confidential attitude, with regards to rates, sales strategies and source of bookings.
• ▪ Committed to delivering true hospitality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Tourism.
• Hotel experience, minimum of 1 year.
• He / She must have a positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Knowledge of Opera system and previous hotel experience would be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and on shift schedule.
