Role description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Officer. As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include receptionist duties and effective communication with guests to meet their needs and enhance their experience at our resort. This role is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications
- Strong Guest Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Receptionist Duties
- Fluency in both Russian and English is required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests
