Your responsibilities will include supporting Front Desk operations such as escorting, check-in/out, and addressing guest inquiries. Additionally, you’ll be tasked with welcoming VIPs, arranging VIP amenities, and ensuring seamless lobby operations.

What we’re seeking:

• Preferably fluent in Arabic or Russian.
• ⁠Minimum of 1 year experience in a Five-Star hotel.
• ⁠Strong communication skills to engage with guests and colleagues, positively reflecting the hotel, brand, and company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Front Office System.
