And guess what? We’re diving straight in! I’m excited to kickstart the journey by seeking an exceptional Guest Relations Coordinator for our Short Term & Holiday Rentals team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of up to 50 properties (area specific)
- Coordinate any issues faced by the tenants on a daily basis
- Coordinate check ins and check outs for the guests on a 24 hour basis
- Schedule all housekeeping requirements
- Facilitate any maintenance issues with our in-house maintenance team or 3rd party maintenance teams
- Responsible to maintain a high level of occupancy all year round
- Carrying out Inventory checks after guests leave the property
- Answer incoming leads via email, phone and WhatsApp for listings
- Responding to all enquiries on International platforms
- Facilitate viewings with clients
- Track, remind and collect any due rental payments
- Responsible to return clients security deposits
- Record all bookings and client’s information in our PMS system
Role requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Driving license and car is a must
- Experience in Dubai is essential
- Experience and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market.
