Description:

We are looking for a Guest Relations Agent at a Premium Hotel in the Capital of UAE, Abu Dhabi

What you’ll do:

• Greeting hotel guests with a smile and ensuring their satisfaction
• Answer their questions, help them with their needs, and make them happy
• Provide necessary information about the hotel to the hotel guests
• Work with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and solve any issues

What you need:

• 21-32 y.o.
• Female candidates only
• Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in guest relations or customer service, preferably in hospitality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good computer knowledge

What you’ll get:
