We’re Hiring: Guest Relation Officer – Holiday Homes

- Salary: Up to AED 9,000
AYA Boutique Holiday Homes is looking for a Guest Relation Officer to be the face of our brand and deliver exceptional guest experiences in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in/check-out
- Handle guest inquiries and provide personalized service
- Coordinate property viewings and support the sales team
- Help drive bookings and increase sales through excellent service
- Travel to different properties to meet & greet guest (Driving License is a must)
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in holiday home is a must
- Professional appearance and a guest-first attitude
- UAE Driving License is required
- Sales-oriented mindset is a big plus!
