Job Description

We are seeking a Growth Product Manager responsible for owning the complete user journey

From acquisition to activation.

This role involves collaborating closely with marketing to transform first-time users into loyal

Customers through exceptional onboarding experiences.

Interview process:

Screening call (30 min)
Take Home Exercise (tasks, conversion numbers) + 5-10 minute record a presentation (you’ll have 3-4 days to complete)
Zoom interview – short presentation about 2-3 projects you’ve worked on. (2:30 hours) Behavioral interview

Start date: ASAP

You must be fully authorized to work in the US. No visa sponsorship/transfer available.

Responsibilities:

Own and optimize the full user journey from initial acquisition through user activation.
Partner closely with marketing teams to convert first-time users to loyal, engaged customers.
Design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve user onboarding processes.
Continuously test hypotheses, iterate on product features, and implement successful strategies at scale.
Analyze and optimize end-to-end funnels, focusing on crucial metrics such as time-to-value and conversion rates.

Requirements:

4+ years experience in product management, particularly focused on growth, onboarding, or activation.
Product growth and onboarding experience.
Preferred experience within B2B SaaS and product-led growth (PLG) environments.
Familiarity with tools and techniques necessary to independently design and execute experiments.
Nice to have: Experience in more technical fields (Datadog, team based products, software)
Proven track record in optimizing user journeys and conversion funnels.
Comfort and success in fast-paced, iterative environments with rapid hypothesis testing and feature iteration.
