Ranpo Advertisement LLC is a fast growing marketing operations company based in Ajman UAE.

For our Ajman office, we are looking forward to bringing on a Growth Manager to help enhance the performance of our Services and the overall business.

Reporting to the CEO, your main mission will be to lead all actions to efficiently accelerate our company’s growth.

Your objectives will be focused on the growth of our products and services.

To do this, you will be responsible for:

• Proposing and implementing strategies that optimize the actions in marketing, centered on a business vision.
• Transforming business needs into a marketing strategy.
• Identifying and implementing levers to increase the acquisition of new prospects for our financial products and services.
• Determining the key to activating leads and transforming them better.
• Increasing customer retention by building long-term loyalty.
• Engaging customers when promoting our products and services.
• Successfully convert customers into sales.
• Act as an interface between the various players involved in product and service development projects (IT, Marketing, Business and Sales, management, etc.).
• Set regular benchmarks on market practices and provide ideas with a view of growth in the personal finance market.
• Anticipating and monitoring marketing budgets with respect to ROI.
• Analyze results and define relevant KPIs.

• You have a marketing or business background and at least 5- 10 years of experience in product marketing or digital entrepreneurship.
• You will have some financial background; we are ultimately looking for is someone with Growth Management experience at a trading brokerage/firm or general trading/investing company.
• You have strong project management skills plus strong web marketing and analysis experience.
• You are familiar with trends, the digital environment and have an aptitude for technical environments.
• You are business-oriented and able to interact with Clients, Investors and Suppliers
• You are a true leader in projects and have the ability to align cross-functional teams and bring them together to achieve better growth.
• You are creative and curious, can understand the needs of the market and can develop original techniques to infiltrate it.
• You have a strong work capacity and can react and adapt.
• This is a full-time job. Salary is not a constraint for the Right candidate.
