We’re Hiring: Group Senior Finance Manager (6-Month Renewable Contract) 🚨

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Group Senior Finance Manager to join a dynamic financial services organization in Dubai. This role is pivotal in driving the financial operations of acquisitions and consolidation processes, ensuring seamless financial integration, accurate reporting, and compliance within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the integration of acquisitions into the financial structure
- Oversee accounting policies, GL structures, and financial reporting for acquired entities
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS standards
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations
- Support banking and funding activities for acquisitions
- Collaborate closely with management reporting teams on MIS frameworks
What We’re Looking For:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification — mandatory
- Minimum 2 years Bachelors degree Attested by MOFA UAE
- 12+ years of post-qualification experience in financial management, acquisitions, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE taxation laws, and consolidation processes
- Exceptional project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Proven track record working with external auditors (including Big 4)
