Hiring: Group HR Manager – Healthcare Industry

At Fatorah Insurance Claims Settlement L.L.C, we’re expanding our operations and are looking for a highly experienced Group HR Manager to lead our HR function across multiple business units in the medical and insurance claims sector.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands the complexities of HR within UAE’s healthcare industry and can drive strategic initiatives across the group.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across the organization.
- Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with UAE labor law and healthcare standards.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development.
- Manage employee relations, retention strategies, and HR compliance audits.
- Work closely with executive leadership to align HR with overall business strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE, with at least 3 years in the healthcare or medical sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, HR systems, and healthcare HR practices.
- Should be well versed in manual HR process.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
