Hiring Female – Group HR Manager (Arabic) with experience in Car Trading Company or any Automobiles company

Requirements:

• At least 10 years UAE experience in Car Trading or any Automobiles company.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with an MBA with CIPD
• Handling and conducting Internal and External Employees Training and Development
• Extensive experience in Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Strategy and Organization Structure
• Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
• With valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Very Good proficiency in Arabic and English and who can start immediately.
