Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with locating products and answering their inquiries.
• Restock and organize shelves to ensure products are readily available for customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including sweeping and mopping.
• Bag and pack groceries for customers at the checkout.
• Operate cash registers and process customer payments accurately.
• Handle customer concerns, returns, and exchanges in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any low stock or damaged products.
• Follow company policies and procedures for food safety and hygiene.
• Assist with receiving and unpacking shipments of goods.
