About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced graphic designer with an emphasis on digital marketing and web/interactive design for a full-time, remote position. You must reside in the US (excluding California) and be able to work 9am to 6pm EST.
As a designer at Ironpaper, you will be responsible for designing and articulating new concepts for websites, interactive experiences, landing pages, digital ads and marketing assets, and information graphics. You will have multiple client projects at any given time.
Your work will include research, UX strategies/best practices, file production, and QA. Additionally, you would work collaboratively with web development and marketing teams to create best-in-class solutions.
- Design strategy and execution for multiple clients. Projects can include marketing and sales assets, branding, and web design in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
- Create wireframes, mood boards, infographics, and other sophisticated visual models to represent complex ideas, methodologies, and processes simply.
- Present and articulate design decisions internally and to clients in a way non-designers can understand.
- Navigate the feedback process while balancing client expectations, client education, and scope.
- Work collaboratively with other designers to maintain a high bar of quality for our work.
- Apply design and UX best practices and educate others to improve collaboration.
- Use performance data to iterate on work.
- Follow the Ironpaper methodologies and design process.
About You:
The ideal candidate would:
- Must have a minimum of 3+ years of related professional experience in design or an exceptional professional portfolio.
- Submission of a design portfolio (web design/interactive or graphic design) is required
- Experience working in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Have designed websites from conception to QA and possess interactive capabilities
- Strong understanding of modern design principles
- Ability to work within strict brand standards
- Ability to articulate and present design concepts to clients
- PowerPoint design skills
- Ability to use a MacBook and Google Suite
Extra Credit for:
- Creating design for HubSpot website modules.
- Agency experience is a plus, and/or supporting multiple design projects simultaneously for different brands.
- Motion design
- Website design from conception to QA.
- Interactive capabilities in web design
- Light video editing skills
