Description:

Azco Real Estate Brokers (LLC) are seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and designing visual elements for a variety of projects including marketing materials, website design, product packaging, and more. The ideal candidate should have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, as well as a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visual elements for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, website design and more
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative solutions
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
• Ensure that all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity
• Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure that final designs are of the highest quality
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas for marketing campaigns and other projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
• 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent design skills and a strong portfolio showcasing past work
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in a marketing or real estate company is a plus
