Job Description: – 

A graphic designer is responsible for creating visual content for marketing campaigns, including the Blue Rewards App, websites, social media, advertisements, and print materials.

The following are some modern skills that are typically required for this role:

  • Strong design skills: Should have a strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
  • Proficiency with design software: Should be proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with web design: Should have experience designing for the web, including creating responsive designs, understanding of web design principles and best practices, and knowledge of front-end web development languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends: Should be up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, including social media, video, and mobile marketing, in order create designs that are relevant and effective for these platforms.
  • Understanding of branding: Should have a strong understanding of branding principles and how to create designs that align with a brand’s identity and messaging.
  • Experience with video production: Creating video content is a possibility, so experience with video production and editing software such as Adobe Premiere. F Cut Pro or Avid is a plus.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics: Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software such as After Effects, can be a great asset for a marketing graphic design as they can create visually engaging content for social media or video ads.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: Should be able to work on multiple projects at once, and be able to quickly adapt to changing project requirements and client feedback.
