Dubai International Private School Al Qouz is in search of a highly experienced Grade 1 Homeroom Teacher to join our dedicated team. As a Grade 1 homeroom teacher, you will play a pivotal role in fostering the educational development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching Excellence: You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in English, Math, and Science to Grade 1 students.
• Progress Monitoring: Track and closely monitor the academic progress of your students, ensuring they meet their learning milestones.
• Parent Communication: Maintain open and ongoing communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Professional Development: Actively participate in all school Professional Development workshops and meetings to enhance your teaching skills and stay updated with the latest educational practices

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Non-native speakers of English residing in the UAE should have a minimum IELTS score of 7.5.
• KHDA Approval: Preference will be given to candidates who possess previous KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development Authority) approval.
• Teaching Credentials: Holding a valid teacher’s license, including MOE (Ministry of Education) certification, is highly desirable.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant subject, such as English, is preferred
