Hiring Government Relations Officer (GRO)

Perform all activities related to Government Relations

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Keep up with current legislation and provide updated information on official changes in migration laws, regulations, guidelines and requirements.
  • Perform all the activities for official submission and follow up of applications and timely processing of various legal documents (visas, degrees, birth and marriage certificates, Medical Examinations, Police Clearance Certificates, etc.).
  • Review and ensure the documents are correct and complete before they are submitted to the relevant authorities for attestation and issuing visas.
  • Assist Clients through continued support regarding their queries, applications and procedures related to the Services. Make appointments and accompany Clients to Medical Exams and VFS.
  • Represent Clients at different institutions like Airports, Embassies, Police Stations, Ministries, Municipalities and other government departments.
  • Maintain daily and weekly reports of duties performed.
  • Maintain clear record of cash expenses.
  • Ensure appropriate and confidential handling of Clients documents.
  • Make payments to the government institutions on Clients’ behalf for required document processing.
  • Collect payments from Clients for services rendered.
  • Provide company management with suggestions to improve, refine and provide new services to Clients.
  • Perform all the duties according to the industry standards, carrying out any obligations with promptness and diligence.

Qualifications And Education Requirements:

  • Experienced in visa, passport and other transactions, general knowledge of migration laws.
  • Experience in other Government Agencies transactions.
  • Ability to work under pressure against demanding deadlines.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
