Primary Function:
Attend to all maintenance and repair requirements within the hotel staff accommodation while ensuring minimal disturbance to the staff. To ensure that engineering and maintenance operations within the staff accommodations, including general property maintenance energy conservation, are working properly and up to the standard.
Competencies
- HVAC – Electrical along with General Maintenance vocational training certificate.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on-experience in a similar role in a hotel environment is a must
- Trade qualified in electrical, HVAC or carpentry
- Competent oral and written English language communication skills
- Communicate with different types of people to comprehend what they want and to provide them with information.
- Knowledge of all emergency procedures, including but not limited to, fire response, emergency medical procedures, water leak emergency procedure, gas leak procedures, electrical failure procedures and elevator procedures and general Daily maintenance in the capacity building superintendent
