Looking for General Technician for TIME Ruby Hotel Apartments – Sharjah.

Applicant should be in the UAE and should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the hotel industry.

Job Description

• Maintain all mechanical areas in a neat and orderly condition.
• Repair mechanical systems to make sure are consistent with health and safety standards.
• Carry out maintenance of electrical systems.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when required.
• Repair plumbing and heating components.
• Document work performance and materials procurement.
• Replace faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
• Carry out periodic quality checks on equipment and systems.
• Keep the inventory records for equipment and supplies.

Requirements

• Knowledge of general maintenance processes.
• Problem-solving abilities.
