Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Developing the team in all departments.                             
  • Observing and finding gaps in the market.                                         
  • High end time management and commitment in goal.                                  
  • Good team player to work along with all departments                                  
  • Client developments and developing the sales team.                                     
  • Supporting department resource recruitment and management for developing the entity.                                
  • Planning, budgeting, discussing and negotiating the financial requirement for the territory.                                           
  • Making sure month to month, quarter to quarter target is reaching to achieve the annual and long term goal.                                      
  • Making sure all resources are pre planned for meeting the target                            
  • Working towards the revenue and more towards the bottom line of the business.                                           
  • Critical thinking for the improvement of the business.

  • Making sure the presentation of forecast, planning, and budgeting of all departments tp be presented to the management.
