A dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee our Operations and Business Development functions at our recruitment consultancy in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and business development within the recruitment industry. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic vision, and the ability to drive growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight of day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and enhance operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Leverage technology and recruitment tools to optimize operations.

Business Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the operations and business development teams.
  • Set performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
  • Develop and manage budgets for operations and business development.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in operations management and business development in the recruitment industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
