Hiring General Manager for an Aluminum Facade Company
A reputed company specializing in Architectural Aluminum and Glazing and related works, which has successfully executed several tower projects – conventional and unitized with different systems, cluster of luxurious and semi-luxurious Villas and individual high and medium-end Villas over the last 4 decades in Bahrain and other Gulf countries – seeks applications from suitable candidates for the position of General Manager, who will be heading the operations.
The successful candidate should be a graduate in Mechanical Engineering with minimum experience of 15 years in the same field, of which at least 5 years should have been in a similar position in an organization with at least BD. 5 million turnover per annum and should be well-versed in systems like Technip, Reynaers, Schüco, Hueck and other systems used in the Gulf Region. The ability to guide and carry the team along with qualities of excellent communication skills and expertise in providing suitable value engineering options and Gulf experience are a must.
