Hiring General Manager – 5-Star Resort, Abu Dhabi

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort in the UAE.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale operations, financial performance, and high-end guest service.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Deep understanding of the UAE hospitality market, trends, and guest expectations.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
• Knowledge of local regulations, health and safety standards, and best practices in the hospitality industry.
