Looking for General Manager for a reputed Organization in Abu Dhabi, Attractive salary with all benefits will be provided.
Minimum 15 years of experience. Oil/Industrial/Manufacturing experience will be an advantage in similar profile.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the commercial strategy and the development of an organization. It typically involves activities relating to marketing, sales, product development and customer service to drive business growth.
- Responsible for overseeing the objectives and implementation of all commercial strategies.
- Lead in detailing the definition of policies followed by the company on a national commercial level and need to make sure they fulfil the business’s annual budget.
- Responsible in preparation of sales plans, marketing, profit and loss estimations and budgets, using market demand, corporate goals and historical figures to achieve this.
- Responsible for clients ,customers & contracts management
- Developing and implementing objectives and goals and set the expected performance standards for the workforce.
- Review the data and reports to understand the best way to help the company meet its objectives.
- Should often presents financial reports, specifically related to sales, to the other members of the c-suite.
- Responsible to overseeing a team of employees.
- Provide guidance and input when teams or departments are designing new processes or procedures for conducting work.
