General Accountant

Requirements:

• Stock monitoring
• Admin
• Accounting Function
• Daily data updates for all suppliers
• Supplier and customers payment entry in the software and maintenance of accurate Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Bank Reconciliations for petty cash, bank and credit card accounts
• Prepare SOA and follow up on payment with the collection team in a timely manner.
• Bookkeeping.
• Customer Invoices- Data entry, import scanning customers invoices
• Customer Payments – Data entry and allocation of customer payments
• Assist the sales team with their daily requirements (i.e., distribution of invoices and others)
• Monthly report
• Maintain office & staff documents on the network and physical files
• Updating and monitoring employee days off
• Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate clearly, effectively.
• 3-5 years of experience in Food items trading/ export/ import environment in UAE.
• Attention to detail and respect for deadlines
• Extremely organized and strong time management skills
• Quick learner
• Able to work in a multicultural environment.
