We are looking for a talented and committed individual to join our Finance Team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Petty Cash and Cheques custodian
- Process invoices for payment
- Prepare monthly cash forecast
- Process employees expense report
- Collaborate with CBS Finance for monthly netting payment
- Knowledge of VAT preparation in UAE
- Assist during yearly Statutory audits and periodic VAT tax audits
- Assist in preparation of FTCQ reporting
- Support on monthly financial closing
- Support during Budget and LE preparation
- Preparing and posting journals
- Prepare monthly GL reconciliation
- Perform SOX compliance testing
- Record keeping of local contracts, LC, and other relevant business documents
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of extensive experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Ms Office applications, particularly in MS Excel
- Should have SAP experience
- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
