Vacancy – General Accountant

Notice period: Immediately available

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling independently all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis.
• Facilitate all incoming payments and outgoing checks, including printing and distributing checks as necessary.
• Create detailed journal entries and post them to the general ledger
• Follow up with vendors for accounts payable and keep in touch as needed for collections and ensure bills are paid on time
• Assist the real estate team with other accounting duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or master’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Must have work experience as an accountant within UAE.
• Working knowledge of accounting software such as Quick Books.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong attention to details and good analytical skills.
