𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills. This includes having excellent communication with the General Manager. You will be responsible for all the Hotel operations related matters of the Organization.
• Maintain and improve Hotel Apartment standards and services to ensure guest satisfaction and the right public image.
• Ensure that the property, its inventories and fixed assets are always in the best of conditions
• Liaise with the Front Office on any guest complaints and problems, to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and to address all complaints to the Operations Manager / General Manger
• Study and evaluate the operations and procedures of the Hotel Apartment and suggest improvements to the Front Office.
• Ensure that the Hotel Apartment’s Operations budget is strictly adhered to, and that all costs are strictly controlled.
• Respond to any changes in the Hotel Apartment function as dictated by the industry or company.
• Responsible for all revenues and accounts receivables, and to ensure the maximum utili­zation of these revenues through the control and approval of the Hotel Apartment expendi­tures and requisitions.
• Review the monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue report in comparison with the past two years performances and take the needed corrective measures to enhance the revenues earned.
• Ensure the implementation and effectiveness of advertising, promotional and marketing programs, both domestically and internationally.
• Constantly reviews the reports and analysis pertaining to occupancy, room rates, menu prices, etc. of the competitive hotels in the same category.
