Hiring Front End Developer

• Web and Mobile applications will be responsible for the Creative, user experience, visual communication and usability of UI/UX development.
• Must have strong experience on low-code platforms to develop Web and mobile based applications. Working with the business users and the application development team to design and construct user interfaces incorporating graphic user interface (GUI) features and other techniques.
• Ultimately, demonstrates strong user interface design, front-end web development skills, communicating at all time at an advanced level with the application development team, business users and external vendors.
• Understand the functional & technical requirements and accordingly deliver
• quality applications, websites, mobile Apps, online services by completing the full development cycle incl., design, develop, test, deploy & support with strong development experience on Low-code platforms, ASP.NET and flutter framework for mobile Apps.
• The developer must demonstrate strong experience in developing Mobile Apps for Android and IOS Platforms following industry best practices, using low-code platforms & following full App delivery lifecycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support & optimize the overall
• App performance.
• The developer will demonstrate a high degree of initiative; ability to deal with ambiguity; excellent communication skills; drive to get things done within the deadlines and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities include:

• Design and produce prototypes, graphics for websites, visual interfaces and interaction of web and mobile based applications utilizing user-cent red design principles based on collected user requirements, test cases, and developmental objectives.
• Develop web applications, online services, Mobile Apps for both Android & IOS Platforms on low-code platforms.
• Present and conduct reviews of user interface designs with project managers, stakeholders, and other involved parties.
• Creative, but technical problem solver: quick thinking and fully engaged at all points in the solution from strategy to support
• Optimize images for web and Mobile App and create HTML/CSS that exactly matches a Photoshop design layout
• Identify and resolve design problems as assigned making recommendations to improve usability as appropriate.
• Cultivate an understanding of industry trends and share insights with the project teams.
• Plan and implement usability tests throughout development lifecycle and analyze results for resolving UI-design issues.
• Knowledge of what is required to develop high performance web applications and mobile Apps.
