Hiring Front Desk Manager

Req: Must have UAE experience as a Front Desk Supervisor/Manager. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Hospitality Management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be available in UAE to join immediately.

Salary: AED 8000+ (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct the final evaluation of front desk services to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Oversee and manage zone supervisors to ensure efficient front desk operations across different zones.
  • Ensure zone supervisors adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to zone supervisors to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Develop training programs and materials to ensure consistent and effective onboarding and development
  • Work closely with the Sales and Customer Happiness departments to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement strategies to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Customer Happiness and Retention department by approving necessary actions and initiatives.
  • Plan and manage manpower requirements to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for front desk staff, including zone supervisors.
  • Provide constructive feedback and develop action plans to improve performance.
  • Handle disciplinary meetings and address any performance or conduct issues with front desk staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
