Hiring Freight Forwarder (2+ Years Experience – Dubai)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: Logistics & Freight Forwarding

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end freight forwarding operations (Air, Sea, Land) for Imports/Exports.
• Expertise in Calogi, Dubai Trade, and Dangerous Goods Category-6 shipments.
• Coordinate with Airlines, Shipping lines, Agents, and Customers for smooth cargo movement.
• Prepare shipping docs (BL, AWB, COO, manifests) and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Monitor shipments, track milestones, and resolve delays/issues proactively.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and optimize cost-effective solutions for clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of freight forwarding experience in Dubai.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai Customs procedures, e-platforms (Calogi/Dubai Trade), and DG handling.
• Strong network with Airlines, Agents, and Local logistics stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi; Arabic a plus).
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines.
