Job Overview

In this sales-oriented role, you will be the primary liaison for prospective customers, playing a pivotal part in driving new business growth for FA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and target potential prospects through daily cold calling and email outreach.
  • Transform prospects into loyal clients, contributing to the expansion of FA’s market presence.
  • Cultivate enduring partnerships with clients, prospects, and carriers while upholding the values of the FA brand.
  • Engage with decision-makers to secure valuable opportunities.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing accounts to foster strong relationships.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to uncover business leads.
  • Develop and grow customer accounts, enhancing FA International’s market share.
  • Implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales objectives consistently.
  • Analyze pipeline and lead data to formulate effective short and long-term strategies for closing prospects.
  • Conduct the entire sales cycle from initial discovery through to closing deals.
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored FA solutions to address those needs.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrable experience in sales within the transportation/logistics sector is essential (3PL experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex client scenarios.
  • A proactive approach to utilizing various communication channels to drive business success.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role, particularly within transportation/logistics.
  • Proven capability in developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with business objectives.
