Job Title: Food Tech Consultant / Trainer (QHSE)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultancy and implementation support to food businesses on food safety management systems (FSMS), ensuring compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, BRC, and GMP.
• Conduct internal audits and gap assessments, identifying non-conformities and recommending corrective actions.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops on food safety, hygiene, and quality management systems.
• Assist businesses in achieving regulatory approvals and third-party certifications.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food safety and hygiene practices.
• Stay updated with local and international food safety regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry, specializing in food safety, quality management, or QHSE.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, BRC, GMP, and other food safety management systems.
• Experience in consultancy, implementation, training, and auditing in food industries.
• Certification in Lead Auditor (ISO 22000/FSSC 22000) or HACCP is a plus.
• Candidates with Person In Charge (PIC) approval from Dubai Municipality will be given preference.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
