Description:

Opening for Food Service Waitress for one of the Premium hospitals in Abu Dhabi. Salary 1600 live in food accommodation, visa, medical, transportation provided by company.

Candidate should have experience in food service department and should have idea about international cuisine

• Assist in preparing dishes for patients in accordance to doctor’s instruction
• Apportion meals for patients considering the allowed nutritional values and restrictions
• Prepare food trays with items such as plates, flatware, napkins and condiments
• Place trays in dumbwaiters from hospital corridors going to assigned floors
• Serve trays to patients and assisting them in partaking of their food
• Clearing finished meals and loading to clearance trolley
• Coordinate with laundry services to ensure that clean napkins and tray liners are available
• Proper hygiene and disposal of food waste
