Urgent Vacany for a leading Group of Restaurant in Dubai:

Food Scientist Required

Conduct research and experiment related to the development, processing, and preservation of food products. This includes testing and analyzing food samples, conducting sensory evaluation, and developing new food product.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, chemistry, biology, or related field
• 5 years proven work experience as a Food Scientist or similar role.
• Proven ability to work in a laboratory for long periods of time.

Key Skills:

• knowledge of a range of sciences and their applications to food
• Knowledge in manufacturing production and processes
• Knowledge in food production methods
• Knowledge in biology
• Knowledge of chemistry, including safe use and disposal of chemicals
• Analytical thinking skills
• To be thorough and pay attention to details.
