Hiring FM Help Desk Coordinator & CAFM Specialist

Position Overview: As an FM Help Desk Coordinator & CAFM Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and internal teams regarding facilities management inquiries and issues. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, Al Benaa application, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing exceptional support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities management-related inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Manage the CAFM system, including data entry, updates, and reporting to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Log and track service requests, work orders, and maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution and communication with relevant parties.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repair activities.
  • Monitor and analyze facilities data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of facilities management policies and procedures.
  • Generate regular reports on facilities management activities, performance metrics, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the CAFM system and facilities management processes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all facilities management activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering
  • Proven experience in a help desk or customer service role, preferably within the facilities management industry
  • Proficiency in using CAFM software and other relevant facilities management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
