Position Overview:

As a Facilities Management (FM) Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of facility management activities while also managing and optimizing the use of CAFM software to support efficient facility operations. This role requires a combination of organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a strong understanding of facility management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Manage facility services such as cleaning, security, waste management, and landscaping to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of facility management policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Configure and maintain the CAFM software system to align with organizational requirements and support facility management processes.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security settings within the CAFM system.
  • Input, update, and maintain facility data including floor plans, space allocations, equipment inventories, and maintenance schedules.
  • Generate reports and analyze data within the CAFM system to provide insights into facility usage, performance, and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with facility managers and stakeholders to optimize space utilization.
  • Utilize CAFM software tools to visualize space usage, track occupancy trends, and support decision-making processes related to space planning and reallocation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the CAFM software, providing timely assistance and guidance to users as needed.
  • Stay informed about updates and new features of the CAFM software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in facility management roles.
  • Proficiency in CAFM software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
