Position: Florist / Senior Florist

Location: Reem Island, Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Create: Craft stunning floral and chocolate arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, corporate events, and personal celebrations.
• Customer Interaction: Assist clients in selecting the perfect floral designs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Inventory Management: Maintain and manage floral inventory, ensuring the freshness and quality of all products.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to plan and execute creative floral displays and installations.
• Sales and Marketing: Contribute to promotional activities and increase sales through innovative ideas and exceptional service.
• Training and Mentoring: For senior florists, mentor junior team members and oversee the quality of their work.
• Quality Control: Ensure all floral arrangements meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of experience in floral design (Senior Florist) / 3-5 years (Florist)
• Creative mindset with a flair for innovative designs
• An established client base is a plus
• Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
• Fluency in English is essential
• Available to start in August
