We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our workshop, ensure efficiency, and maintain the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities, ensuring smooth workflow
- Assign tasks to technicians and monitor job progress
- Ensure all repairs and services meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment
- Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to prevent shortages or delays
- Train and mentor technicians, providing guidance and support
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers and handle any service-related issues
- Communicate effectively with the service advisors and customers when needed
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Workshop Controller, or similar role in the automotive industry
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of workshop safety regulations and procedures
