HIRING! Fleet Operations Executive

Location: Abu Dhabi

Our Fleet Operations Team is expanding and we are looking to hire an experienced person to work under the Operations Supervisor.

Role & Responsibility:

• Manage rider relations like project and zones for the fleet
• Address bike issues and accidents, overseeing the maintenance and repair
• Analyze KPIs of 700+ Riders and ensure training to improve performance
• Collect COD from riders for submission
• Prepare daily reports on late logins, no shows, leave/vacations, fines etc
• Handle on-boarding and off-boarding of riders
• Monitor traffic fines and update Accounts department, validate deductions such as COD discrepancies and performance issues
• Work with PRO team for black point transfers
