Hiring Fleet Operation Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicles.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers for efficient and timely delivery to customers.
• Monitor vehicles and Bike routes and adjust as needed to optimize delivery times and minimize fuel consumption.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support throughout their shifts.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role, preferably in the Courier Service
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as fleet management systems and GPS tracking tools.
• CRM operations Software Experience required
