Hiring Fleet Coordinator

Are you an experienced Fleet Coordinator with a knack for organization, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth operations? Join our team and make an impact in the dynamic Oil & Gas industry!
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track chartered and owned assets, ensuring operational status, maintenance invoicing, and document validation.
- Prepare and update operational statistics, ensuring sign-off by all OSI’s by the 1st of each month.
- Follow up with OSI’s, clients, and job officers to ensure timely receipt of required documents.
- Timely preparation of sales invoices with all supporting documents (e.g., daily deck log sheets, faxes, and reports).
- Maintain monthly accruals, ensuring review and approval by the 30th of every month.
- Track assets certificate renewals and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, diploma, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience managing a fleet of vehicles, preferably in the O&G industry.
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with regulations related to vehicle maintenance and safety.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and other relevant software.
