Description:

We are hiring a Fit Out Site Engineer for our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring that all technical aspects of the project are completed according to specifications.
• Work as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects and sub-contractors.
• Ensuring quality control and health and safety management.
• Responsible for managing an in-house fit-out team and subcontractors while coordinating with the project management team.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Preparing reports as required.
• Resolving technical difficulties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, Architecture
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in construction and fit-out works
• Proven experience in fit-out works, finishes, and MEP systems
• Experience in project management, planning, and coordination
• Excellent communications skills
