Hiring Fit-Out/Joinery Estimator

LOCATION: DUBAI, U.A.E

We are looking for a Fit-Out/JOINERY Estimator with 2-5 years UAE experience.

Job Description:

• Ensure all aspects of the project have been included.
• Interpret specifications, price tenders, and preparation of contract documents.
• Analyses drawings, and prepares BOQ with specifications.
• Prepare the estimation with a detailed break up possibly using estimation models and tools.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to get the price for various elements within the project.
• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, specifications, and related documents.
• Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
• Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
• Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Understanding drawings and joinery technical details.
• Prepare progress claims, variations, and omission reports.
• In addition to being excellent communicators, candidates should also be detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.

Qualification:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural or relevant field.
• Proficient in mathematics and IT abilities.
