Hiring Fire Project Draftsman/Designer for High Rise Building Project
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Fire Project Draftsman/Designer to join our team for a high-rise building project.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and drafting “Fire Fighting systems, Fire Alarm Voice Evacuation Systems, and Central Battery Systems” from various brands.
This role requires at least 4 years of relevant experience within the UAE and a strong knowledge of hydraulic calculations and the UAE fire code.
Immediate joiners will have an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Design and draft fire fighting systems, Fire Alarm Voice Evacuation Systems, and Central Battery Systems for high-rise residential buildings.
- Perform quantity take-offs and estimations for fire safety systems.
- Prepare as-built drawings and documentation.
- Ensure all designs comply with local fire codes and regulations.
- Conduct hydraulic calculations to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of fire safety systems.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance during the installation and commissioning phases.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in designing and drafting fire safety systems within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of different brands of fire fighting, Fire Alarm Voice Evacuation, and Central Battery Systems.
- Proficient in hydraulic calculations.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE fire code.
- Excellent drafting skills and proficiency in relevant design software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
