OVERVIEW
The Manager – FP&A will lead the financial planning & analysis functions of the company, Deliver exceptional reporting, storytelling, and actionable insights, transforming numbers and dashboards into meaningful business actions. Act as a key business partner, driving financial performance, supporting strategic initiatives, Business indicators to guide decision-making and achieve financial targets and enabling robust decision-making processes.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional certifications such as CA / ACMA / ACCA are required.
EXPERIENCE: 10+ years in financial planning, analysis, and management roles. Industry experience in FMCG is mandatory.
Technical Proficiencies:
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are mandatory. Proficient with ERP systems such as Oracle, Power tools on PowerPoint, Hubble, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP. Expertise in financial reporting tools and technologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leadership ,Managing cross-functional teams with authority and Strategic Planning
- Proven ability to diagnose complex challenges ,demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities and deliver solutions in time-sensitive environments.
- Partner with the leadership team to develop medium- to long-term financial strategies and align business objectives.
- Support Board of Directors and corporate management with relevant financial reporting and insights.
- Deliver actionable monthly financial reports, analysing KPIs, identifying trends, and presenting insights to drive business actions.
- Develop dynamic business models, leveraging advanced analytics ,to handle complex financial and operational data.
- Budgeting, Forecasting, Business plans and Reporting
- Manage rolling forecasts, incorporating full P&L valuations, balance sheet, cash flow perspectives and tracking risks and opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, enabling cross-functional collaboration without formal authority.
- Develop and maintain robust working relationships with all levels of the organization to drive alignment on financial objectives.
- Operational Efficiency , Advocate for the automation and standardization of financial systems and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive a culture of excellence, coaching team members to develop financial acumen and analytics skills, Lead multiple projects simultaneously while delivering against tight deadlines.
